Cross Training
Improve your sports team's skills by infusing gym sports apparatus, strength and flexibility methods
Gymnastics is the basis of every other sport!?

At Maryborough Gymsports we don't keep the benefits of gymnastics to ourselves, we extend the invite to other sports players and sporting groups to come in and cross train.

Why?

Gymnastics training uses every part of the body. Participants gain muscle strength through tumbling, jumping, static flexing, and holding one's own body weight in various positions help to develop strong and powerful bodies.

What is Cross Training? Cross training is training in two or more sports, in order to gain, work on or improve elements such as flexibility, agility, balance, fitness or strength.

Are your athletes needing the following?
