Cross Training
Improve your sports team's skills by infusing gym sports apparatus, strength and flexibility methods
Did you know gymnastics is the basis of every other sport!?

At Maryborough Gymsports we offer cross training programs for other sports. Cross training is training in two or more sports, in order to gain, work on or improve elements such as flexibility, agility, balance, fitness or strength. Gymnastics training uses every part of the body. Participants gain muscle strength through tumbling, jumping, static flexing, and holding one's own body weight in various positions help to develop strong and powerful bodies.

Remember back to the good old days? Sports gyms would commonly be seen with rings, pommel horses and bars. Army barracks would use gymnastics for strength. Why? Because gymnastics provides many physical benefits (as well as mental, social and emotional).
