Program
GymAbility caters for participants who have special needs. It is open to persons with a range of physical and mental abilities.

The Gym Ability focuses on what the participants can do, rather than what they can't.
Elements of fitness, friendship, fundamentals and fun to promote lifelong movement are incorporated into the program.

Considerations
Special needs classes are run on a small ratio of 1 coach : 5 participants.
Initially, this is held Saturday mornings first up where there are no other classes in the gym so it's quieter.
At this stage private lessons cannot be arranged.
Care workers / parents may be required to assist the participant.
Please note that our facility is very old and isn't wheelchair friendly.
