Exercise Physiologist (E.P) S+C classes:

Are taught by Simon, an experienced E.P and accredited Men's Gymnastics Coach.

Are fantastic to cross train with to prevent injuries.

Use a holistic approach to movement training.

Who is the class for?
Youth and Young adult males and females ages 11 through to 25 (as of Feb 15.2.2024)
Whether you are:
Starting out on your fitness journey
Have a sporting or fitness background
Keen to learn correct form best suited to your body
Weekly* S+C classes are held during the school term. See the timetable for days and sessions.

* Can't attend weekly sessions? This program is eligible for a 5-session casual pass.
Please note - the EP S+C class is new and we are trying to gauge interest of how to best serve the community. Therefore, if you:

Are after 1:1 individualised programs and treatments with an Exercise Physiologist - please contact Simon directly and he can book you in through his business.

Aren't in the 11 - 25 year old age bracket, but would like to reach specific goals, reach out to Simon or the office.

Would like to bring your sporting group (ages 9 - mature adult) to cross train with the benefits of gymnastics - contact the office.

All MGS members are able to enrol in other classes suitable to their age, goal and ability (where there's a vacancy).
Children- The great thing about gymnastics, unlike any other sport, is that most classes have elements of strength and conditioning. However, if you're looking to achieve specific goals, please contact the office so we can refer you to an appropriate session for the child's age and ability.
Teenagers -
Young people aged 14 and over may enjoy the recreational teens class if they're just starting out and would like to learn specific gymnastics or trampoline skills. If they'd like to slide over to the levels program in for more training or to seek competitive pathways, this is upon discussion and approval from the head coach.
Adults - Ages 18 and over are eligible for the adult GymSports program.
