Is your child a home-based learner? Well, this session is perfect for you!

Sessions:
The sessions are suited for primary school aged girls and boys. Ages 7 - 12 (participants need to turn 7 by July 1 to be eligible for initial intake for this program). Children could be home schooled or schooling through Distance Education.

Have a child 6 and under? - See our Lil' Gym Program.
​
Children ages 13+? - See our Strength and Conditioning Program or a group of 5 children committed to attending weekly lessons is required for a high school aged class to be considered.
​
Equipment:
Participants enjoy a range of gymnastics-based activities including trampoline, rhythmic, artistic, acrobatics and Ninja throughout the year. This includes apparatus like ribbon, hoops, balls, ropes, bars, beam, trampoline and floor.

Program​
The program is designed to keep in mind fitness, fundamentals, friendship and fun.

Progression:​
Should the child enjoy the class or want to learn more advanced skills, they are able to enroll in other classes held in the afternoons as well as doing the home learners class, especially if they have higher level goals and want to work towards mastery and further progressions.
