Dress Code
Adhering to the dress code is important for safety, hygiene and presentation requirements. For more specific information to your class, please read the general and specific class attire information below. Also ensure you read the hair and attire restrictions pages.

At Maryborough Gymsports the club colours are red, black and gold.
General rules for all participants

All jewelry is to be removed prior to class (any piercings, bracelets, watches, bands, anklets, rings etc).

Underwear needs to be worn under all clothing, including leotards (underwear should be the same colour as leotard).

If glasses are to be worn, a head strap is highly recommended.

Clean socks are required for trampolines.

A sweat towel may be required in the warmer months to prevent slips/for hygiene reasons.

Abide by the hair regulations.

Tight fitting singlet top
Bike pants, skins or athletic shorts
Females:
Leotard
or
Tight fitting singlet top
Bike pants, skins or athletic shorts
Footwear:
Bare feet
Clean socks for trampolines

- Please note, if the participant enrols, they are required to follow the member's dress code from there on.
Boys: Tight fitting singlet top, ideally MGS singlet
Black bike pants or athletic shorts
Boys are permitted to wear leotard with training pants.

Girls: Club Leotard
Approved skirted leotards within rules are permitted for Rhythmic and Acrobatics.

Bare feet
Clean socks for trampolines
Boys:
Tight fitting singlet top
Bike pants, skins or athletic shorts
or
Leotard with pants (As mentioned above)

Girls:
Leotard (bike pants or leggings optional. Leggings must be flesh coloured stirrups)
Leotard can be a short, skirted leotard (e.g. acrobatics or rhythmic length).
Footwear:
Bare feet
Clean, ankle cut socks may be worn at times
Toe shoes optional
